Project Manager of Excellence

As a seasoned leader in project management, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time with exceptional quality. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure their experience is consistently positive throughout the project timeline.

  • Thoroughly understand complex drawings (2D/3D) from various disciplines, including Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, and more.
  • Identify design discrepancies and anticipate potential execution challenges.
  • Verify and review work orders, bills of quantities, and drawings to ensure accuracy.
  • Develop detailed project execution schedules highlighting task interdependencies.
  • Conduct regular site visits and remote monitoring to maintain quality control and ensure timely completion.
  • Evaluate progress against quality and timeline requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance to Site supervisors and ensure effective communication with customers.
  • Maintain accurate project trackers and summaries, providing weekly progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to pinpoint performance bottlenecks, devise corrective solutions, and implement improvements.
  • Serve as the quality guardian for your projects, ensuring an exceptional customer experience through adherence to checklists and work method statements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
  • At least 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in home renovation or construction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
