Job Title:

"PCB Design Engineer"

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, optimizing and delivering high-performance PCBs that meet the required specifications and quality standards.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, materials and reliability in extreme environments.

In addition, they will have excellent skills in circuit design, including analog and digital circuits, and be able to debug and analyze complex board-level issues.

They will also be proficient in using industry-standard PCB design tools such as KiCAD, ISIS, ARES, Allegro or similar software.

The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality PCB designs that meet customer requirements.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimize PCB layouts for high-performance applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality PCB designs
  • Develop and maintain documentation for PCB designs, including fabrication and assembly drawings
  • Test and validate PCB designs to ensure compliance with specifications

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should possess a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, design, electronics engineering, embedded system engineering, ECE or ETC.

You will also need to have at least 3 years of experience in using two or more PCB design tools from the list mentioned above.

Familiarity with PCB failure modes and reliability in extreme environments is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, ability to debug and analyze complex issues, and excellent communication skills.

Additionally, they will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
