Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative leader to oversee multiple renovation and fitout projects for our major client, based out of Gurugram.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overall project execution cycle from design through procurement and construction for multiple renovation and fitout projects.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of internal teams, designers, contractors, and vendors to achieve safe, timely, and on-budget completion with international quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cost planning team for preparation of budget and lead design process, design reviews, value engineering, and timely release of design packages.
  • Prepare fortnightly/monthly schedule trackers, BOI deliveries, and store management, and identify delays and propose acceleration methods.
  • Coordinate with hotel operations and client asset management teams on proposed shutdowns, manage change order process, and prepare monthly cost report, cash flow, and budget updates.
Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering/construction management/or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in hospitality fit out projects.
  • Familiarity with international hotel brand standards is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office/MS Project/documentation management.
