Job Title: Senior Program Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Leader to oversee the delivery of high-priority projects, ensuring quality and performance meets customer expectations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Oracle utility experts in implementing Oracle's Customer Experience for Utilities (CX4U) solution for a high call volume call center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the successful execution of project deliverables, aligning business value with customer expectations.
  • Create and maintain project management artifacts, such as project plans and JIRA boards, to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
  • Monitor risks and issues, facilitate problem resolution, and manage communication and escalation of issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular project status updates and debriefs to stakeholders on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Oracle product teams, developers, testers, and program managers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a program manager, preferably in the utilities domain.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the utilities industry.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (waterfall and agile).
  • Experience leading projects utilizing standard project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.).
