
Tech Staffing Business Developer

This is a high-profile role that requires a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth and market positioning for our tech staffing business.
We are seeking an accomplished individual who can leverage their expertise in sales, business development, and go-to-market strategy to lead our global expansion efforts.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for the staffing vertical.
- Bu Pipeline Management: Establish and manage a predictable pipeline of global clients across various industries.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate and close high-value staffing deals while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with delivery/recruitment teams to guarantee successful onboarding and retention.
GTM Strategy & Positioning:
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to define and implement the go-to-market strategy for Sunday Labs' staffing solutions.
- Messaging & Narratives: Develop compelling messaging, narratives, and sales collateral to differentiate our brand.
- Scalable Playbooks: Create scalable playbooks for outbound and inbound growth initiatives.
Ecosystem & Partnerships:
- Partnership Development: Build strategic partnerships with VCs, accelerators, and startup ecosystems to drive referrals and expand our network.
- Thought Leadership: Represent our organization at industry events, communities, and thought-leadership forums to position us as a trusted partner.
Demand Generation & Marketing Enablement:
- Campaigns & Content: Collaborate with marketing to run demand-gen campaigns, case studies, and content that resonates with our target audience.
- Brand Visibility: Track key brand visibility metrics such as inbound leads, referrals, and ecosystem mentions.
- Sales Enablement: Equip sales/BD teams with narratives, decks, and client-facing material to enhance their performance.
Leadership & Growth:
- Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance to founders on pricing, contracts, and market expansion.
- Mentorship: Mentor and enable junior sales/BD hires to ensure their success.
- Market Feedback: Use market feedback to refine our offerings and GTM strategy.
Requirements
- Experience: 7–12 years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM leadership (staffing, HR tech, SaaS preferred).
- Success Metrics: Proven success in closing high-value B2B deals and owning revenue quotas.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the tech hiring landscape (India + global).
- Soft Skills: Excellent storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to balance execution with long-term strategy.

- International Experience: Experience with international staffing or remote-first hiring models.
- Network: Network within startup ecosystems, VCs, or global product companies.
- Scaling Companies: Prior exposure to early-stage or scaling company GTM.
