Business Development Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to support our growth initiatives in the HR staffing and recruitment industry.

  • Conduct research on prospective clients across target industries, including HR, Procurement, and Hiring Managers.
  • Assist in outreach campaigns, such as emails and calls, to generate new business leads.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, capability decks, and client presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client and lead data in CRM/ATS systems.
  • Track business development activities and prepare reports on pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to align client requirements with candidate sourcing.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, HR, or Marketing is preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

This role offers direct mentorship from experienced business development and recruitment leaders, providing exposure to client engagement, staffing operations, and sales strategies.
