
Technology Staffing Account Executive

As a seasoned professional in the staffing industry, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding their technical staffing needs, and ensuring our services exceed their expectations.
This position is critical in driving business growth through existing and new client accounts, representing our commitment to excellence in technology staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Technology and IT staffing sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio through proactive outreach
- Understand clients' technical staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Coordinate with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified IT candidates to clients
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management
- Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements
- Communicate client needs, expectations, and feedback effectively
- Monitor the progress of open requisitions and provide updates to clients
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Resolve any issues that arise during the recruitment and placement process
- Manage candidate submission and interview process
- Ensure effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Aid in penetrating new industries to grow and expand our client base
