Job Summary


At Global Enterprise Tech Resources, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Enterprise Partnerships Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to acquire new clients for IT staffing services in the Indian domestic market.

Your Role


The Strategic Enterprise Partnerships Manager will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and developing strategic partnerships with large enterprises and system integrators in the Indian domestic market;
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to acquire new clients for IT staffing services;
  • Utilizing existing relationships and industry networks to create business opportunities;
  • Negotiating and finalizing Master Service Agreements (MSAs), SLAs, and vendor agreements with new clients.

Key Responsibilities


The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR heads, procurement teams, and hiring managers within target companies;
  • Business Development & Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new clients for IT staffing services;
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new staffing trends, competitor analysis, and industry shifts.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10 years of experience in IT staffing business development in the Indian domestic market;
  • Proven track record of acquiring vendor empanelment and onboarding new clients;
  • Existing strong relationships with large enterprises and system integrators;
  • Experience in negotiating and finalizing MSAs, SLAs, and vendor agreements.
