and Community Management Specialist to drive collaboration, community engagement, and
email engagement strategies.
Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Partnerships and Community
Management Specialist to develop and execute partnership strategies while fostering an
engaged and loyal community. This role will focus on identifying and nurturing key partnerships
while optimizing email marketing efforts to drive conversions and enhance brand presence.
Additionally, experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy is preferred to help align marketing
initiatives with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with influencers, affiliates, SaaS
- providers, and industry leaders to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Build long-term relationships with partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and maximize
- impact.
- Negotiate and manage co-marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and joint ventures.
- Track and analyze partnership performance, making data-driven recommendations to
- optimize growth.
Community Engagement:
- Develop and implement community-building strategies to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Organize and manage community events, webinars, and discussions to strengthen
- relationships with customers and partners.
- Monitor community feedback, address concerns, and collaborate with internal teams to
- improve customer experience.
- Leverage user-generated content, testimonials, and social proof to enhance credibility and engagement.
Email Marketing:
- Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement,
- conversions, and customer retention.
- Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement
- metrics for personalized campaigns.
- Write compelling email copy and collaborate with designers to create high-converting
- email templates.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and CTAs to improve open and
- click-through rates.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Analyze email campaign performance and implement improvements based on insights.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution:
- Contribute to GTM planning and execution, aligning email, partnership, and community
- engagement efforts with business expansion goals.
- Assist in product positioning, market research, and competitive analysis to improve
- outreach strategies.
- Support launch campaigns for new features, updates, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from
- awareness to conversion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align community, email,
- and partnership initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop email marketing materials and
- partner campaign assets.
- Act as a bridge between the customer base and internal teams to enhance brand loyalty
- and retention.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, community management, email
- marketing, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy (preferably in SaaS or tech-based businesses).
- Proven track record of managing successful partnership programs and executing high-performing email campaigns.
- Strong copywriting and email automation skills with experience using tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar ESPs.
- Ability to analyze email performance metrics and optimize based on data-driven insights.
- Experience with CRM systems, lead nurturing, and marketing automation workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and experience with A/B testing and segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) execution, product positioning, and customer engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with strong project management skills.
- Understanding of webinar marketing or experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
