Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned customer support professional to drive the success of our customers with our next-generation CRM platform. This role will require building strong relationships, driving onboarding and product adoption, and bringing innovative solutions to our customers.
The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, understand customer support methods, and deliver greater business value and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD TRUST: Ensure timely issue resolution, manage customer expectations, and facilitate activities as agreed.
- DEEP PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: Learn our product at a deep level and help customers do the same.
- CUSTOMER SUCCESS: Understand how customers define their own success with our product and help them work toward that goal.
- PROACTIVE GUIDANCE: Provide guidance and creative solutions to address customers' business problems and goals.
- REPRESENT CUSTOMER VOICE: Represent customers' voice during internal discussions and projects.
- CUSTOMER POINT OF CONTACT: Be the point of contact for customers and key stakeholders on complex issues.
- KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT: Lead knowledge management across products and customers.
- ANALYTICS AND REPORTING: Analyze customer data to demonstrate the value/impact of our product on customer business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of CRM Applications like Salesforce/JIRA/Zoho/Freshdesk/ZenDesk etc.
- Good understanding of Technical Support Process and Metrics.
- Experience in managing 24 X 7 Technical Support Teams and Processes.
- Knowledge of SAAS Applications.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, NLP/NLU and database technologies is a plus.
Qualifications:
6 to 9 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
