Lead Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer success strategy and drive growth through exceptional client experiences.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for developing and implementing customer success plans that align with business objectives, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies that drive adoption, retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing customer success team to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely issue resolution.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer success initiatives with sales, marketing, and product development efforts.
  • Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success, including adoption rates, renewal rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field in B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships through strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex customer data and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience with customer success tools and technologies, such as CRM systems and customer feedback platforms.
