About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Digital Growth Strategist to drive the adoption and usage of our suite of products across customers. This is a key role that requires a self-starter who can deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase product adoption, ensuring maximum return on investment for customers.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to deploy engagement and outreach plans for assigned accounts.
- Serve as a liaison between customer success, technical teams, account managers, and other departments to ensure a cohesive growth strategy.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, digital marketing, or growth strategy in B2B SaaS.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and strategy.
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, CRMs, analytics tools, and marketing automation software.
