Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to lead our digital customer success initiatives. The successful candidate will design and implement innovative programs to drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Customer Success Programs: Create and execute digital customer success strategies and initiatives for SMB customers, focusing on enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
- Create Compelling Customer-Facing Content: Develop engaging customer-facing content to support customer education and enablement across digital touchpoints.
- Design Business Review Tools and Adoption Frameworks: Design and implement business review tools and adoption frameworks to streamline efforts for Customer Success Managers.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering a seamless customer experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success and satisfaction of our SMB customers by designing and implementing innovative digital programs and initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, drive adoption of our products, and maximize customer retention and loyalty.
