We're Hiring: Customer Success Manager
Chennai | Hybrid | Full-time | Shift: (not a graveyard shift)
At Prudent AI, we're reshaping the future of lending with our AI-driven Income Intelligence Platform. As we expand our footprint across the U.S., we're looking for a Customer Success Manager who can build strong client relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure our customers thrive.
What You'll Do
Own and nurture key U.S. client relationships—from onboarding to renewal.
Drive deep product adoption through training, workshops, and reviews.
Champion client needs and collaborate with product/engineering teams.
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks.
Troubleshoot and creatively support clients through their lending journeys.
Who We're Looking For
5+ years in customer success, account management, or enterprise SaaS.
Experience managing U.S. or global clients remotely.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong project management and analytical mindset.
Technical fluency in APIs, SaaS products, and digital workflows.
Bonus: Experience in fintech, lending SaaS, or credit analytics.
