reduce no-shows, boost patient appointments, and deliver smarter care experiences

Experience:
2–6 yrs in Customer Success / Account Management (SaaS or HealthTech preferred)
What you'll do:
- Own relationships with hospitals & clinics — onboarding, training, adoption & renewals
- Help clients use our products to
improve patient communication, patient engagement & ROI - Drive usage, upsell new modules & identify growth opportunities
- Partner with Product & Tech teams to solve customer needs
- Be the trusted advisor for hospital administrators & CXOs
You should have:
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong client management & consultative skills
- Experience with enterprise or mid-market accounts
- Healthcare IT / SaaS / CPaaS background (bonus)
- Data-driven mindset & ability to show measurable value
