Position: Program Success Manager

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Program Success Manager to lead our customer success efforts in partner schools. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring schools achieve their unique learning goals and experience exceptional value through our programs.
This role places you at the forefront of driving engagement, satisfaction, and renewals, ultimately contributing to our mission of making quality education accessible to all.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Implementation
- Usage & Outcomes: Monitor program implementation, identify and resolve usage issues, and track student progress toward learning goals.
- Support & Guidance: Provide ongoing support to School Implementation Officers (SIOs) to ensure effective program use and achievement of outcomes.
School Development
- Launch & Growth: Lead smooth program onboarding, training, and ongoing support for schools, maximizing program adoption for impactful outcomes.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with school leaders, administrators, and SIOs by understanding their needs and maintaining active communication.
Program Support
- Customer Success: Manage individual school accounts, proactively address concerns using CRM tools, and ensure satisfaction with the program.
- Data & Insights: Collect and analyze data (feedback, usage, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities for program improvement.
- School Retention: Drive a positive Net Promoter Score (NPS) and maintain a 95% retention rate by leading renewal processes.
Travel & Benefits
- Conduct school visits within a 150 km radius of the assigned area.
- Expected travel: 18 days per month.
- Monthly travel reimbursement: ₹15,000 for work-related travel.

- Communication: Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Operations: Ability to ensure smooth implementation, solve challenges proactively, and optimize processes.
- Academic Support: Passion for student success and providing meaningful academic guidance.
- Data-Driven: Skilled at using analytics to drive decisions and outcomes.
- Adaptability: Flexible and resilient in dynamic environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹480, ₹600,000.00 per year
