This is a leadership role within our organization, responsible for driving regional strategies to boost digital adoption in line with national objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective regional plans to drive digital adoption in alignment with national goals.
- Establish and monitor performance targets that support the broader digital objectives of our bank.
- Mentor and lead team members in achieving digital adoption targets and organizational goals.
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital adoption initiatives and campaigns.
- Optimize resource allocation to enhance customer onboarding and increase digital product usage.
- Manage a regional workforce, including Team Leaders and Digital Banking Champions.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on results, innovation, and customer success.
- Collaborate with branches, area offices, internal departments, and external partners for successful program implementation.
- Track, analyze, and report KPIs related to digital adoption within the region.
