Role Description

  • Customer Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience creating documentation and conducting training sessions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with relevant software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
