Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Customer Success Engineer. The Customer Success Engineer will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves working closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer needs and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Additionally, the Customer Success Engineer will create documentation, conduct training sessions, and provide proactive support to prevent potential issues.
Qualifications
- Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Problem-Solving skills
- Customer Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience creating documentation and conducting training sessions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with relevant software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
