Job Description

As a Generalist HR Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing and overseeing various HR functions within the organization. This role involves the execution of HR operations, compliance, employee relations, and talent management.

You will be responsible for ensuring that HR processes and procedures are efficiently administered to support the overall success of the company. This includes managing the employee life cycle, from hiring to exit management, as well as handling contract staff and permanent payroll staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Ensure end-to-end management of contract staff and permanent payroll staff, including hiring, onboarding, attendance, leave management, payroll, and exit management.
  • Audit and Compliance: Accountable for recruitment, joining formalities, pre and post-onboarding readiness, induction, and updating employee databases with complete confidentiality.
  • HRIS Management: Strong organizational skills to manage onboarding, induction, and stakeholder communication, as well as update and improve HRIS for efficient data management.
  • Recruitment and Vendor Management: Identify and manage relationships with third-party recruitment agencies, campuses, and staffing firms.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Gather and analyze internal and market compensation and benefits data, conduct regular salary surveys and benchmarking to determine competitive pay scales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and quantitative skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • At least 7 years of work experience in HR operations, with a full-time MBA in HR and/or HR Analytics certification.
