Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Services Director to join our team at Aditi Consulting.

About the Role:

  • Lead client relationships within our Managed Service Provider (MSP) program, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, coordinate with our recruitment team to source and place candidates, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service that meets client expectations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with client requirements and timelines.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific policies, procedures, and SLAs.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of proven experience in client services within the Contingent Workforce & MSP space, as well as the staffing industry.
  • Knowledge of clients' needs in technical verticals and environments is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in phone and in-person presentations.
  • Experience in building a book of business from the ground up, encompassing all aspects of the delivery process.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving targeted account fill ratios and delivery metrics.
  • Strong follow-up skills and motivation to enhance revenue growth from accounts by meeting client SLAs and maximizing market share.
  • Solid business management capabilities.
  • Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties, and projects.
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in PC operations and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel).
  • Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations and conducting client presentations, particularly for driving scorecard discussions.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
