Responsibilities

  • Financial Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors based on financial analysis and projections, lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, drive the financial strategy for capital allocation, investments, and resource optimization.
  • Operational Finance: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, treasury, tax, risk management, and auditing, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with local and international regulations, and adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards, monitor cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and overall liquidity to support business operations and growth, manage cost control initiatives, margin improvement programs, and financial efficiencies in manufacturing operations.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations, lead risk management initiatives to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential financial risks, ensure compliance with all tax regulations, government policies, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance their skills and performance, foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance department, work cross-functionally with other departments to support overall business objectives and operational efficiency.
  • Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and other members of the executive team, providing financial insights and advice on key business decisions, manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies, participate in board meetings and contribute to the overall corporate governance and strategy formulation.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Certifications: CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CFO, VP of Finance, etc.), extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, with a deep understanding of cost structures, inventory management, and supply chain financials.

Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent financial modeling, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities, proficient in financial software and ERP systems, ability to manage complex financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
