Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to join our team as a Business Development Account Management Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic client engagement and partnership development.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in software sales or consulting services into BFSI clients
  • Demonstrated track record of building strong relationships with CXOs and HODs in financial institutions
  • Proven ability to create and close deals, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is required
