
US IT Staffing Sales Expert

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for our US IT staffing division. This is a hunter role focused on identifying, developing, and closing deals with new clients.
- This individual will be responsible for identifying, securing, and fostering long-term relationships with new Direct Clients, Tier 1 Vendors, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners.
- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market and corporate sales plans to drive lead generation and client outreach.
- Establish service agreements and ensure successful consultant placements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of experience in US IT Staffing & Recruitment
- Strong existing client relationships and ability to generate immediate business
- Demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, and account management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle
Requirements:
- Deep expertise of US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099)
- Proven track record in successful consultant placements
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing staffing sales team
Responsibilities:
- Sales Lead Generation: Identify and secure new business opportunities through cold calls, networking events, and other tactics.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior sales staff to improve overall sales performance.
