
Senior Client Strategist

This is a dynamic and results-driven position that requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and identify their staffing needs.
Key responsibilities include managing and growing existing client relationships in the Technology and IT staffing sector, developing new business opportunities, and expanding our client portfolio through proactive outreach.
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager who can drive growth through strategic business development and sales initiatives, collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results, and monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships in the Technology and IT staffing sector.
- Drive business growth through strategic initiatives and sales activities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and identify their staffing needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of IT environments and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM / ATS and VMS platforms.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
