Job Title: Senior Business Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Strategist to play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth initiatives at our company.

This role will work closely with senior leadership to identify market opportunities, design and implement high-impact strategies, and ensure alignment across teams to deliver measurable business results.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset to shape the company's future direction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Identify high-impact levers across segments, offerings, geographies, and partnerships, and build business cases to translate them into focused execution roadmaps.
  • Design and run cross-functional experiments to test hypotheses, drive rapid learn–decide–scale cycles, and institutionalize experimentation as a core capability.
  • Prioritize features and internal tools to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization, ensuring instrumentation, data integrity, and experiment frameworks are in place.
  • Orchestrate channel strategy and lifecycle communication to maximize incremental revenue at optimal spend efficiency, allocating budgets dynamically based on impact.
  • Align capacity, SLAs, and processes to convert demand reliably, driving throughput, reducing leakage and churn, and ensuring the customer experience supports sustained revenue growth.
  • Build dashboards, cohort and funnel views, and forward forecasts, leading RCA to focus on the highest-ROI bets, codifying learnings into a repeatable revenue playbook, and managing stakeholders to adopt it.
  • Perform essential data analysis to support key business decisions, ensuring data accuracy and consistency by maintaining and updating information across various reports.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, from start to end, demonstrating foundational problem-solving skills by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and acting to resolve them.
Requirements:
  • Experience in business strategy, consulting, or founder's office roles within startups or high-growth environments.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect market insights to actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in designing, validating, and executing growth initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders across levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or startup strategy roles.
