**Job Title:** Senior Placement Strategist
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced placement strategist to lead our corporate relations and networking efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategic thinking, relationship building, and team management.
The ideal candidate will be able to establish strong relationships with employers and funders, identify and establish placement opportunities, and prepare and maintain placement data and reports. They will also be responsible for leading and managing the placement team to achieve high performance and targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establishing placement opportunities and corporate tie-ups across India;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers and funders;
- Supporting local center teams in finding city-based and outstation job opportunities;
- Organizing placement-related activities such as industry talks, visits, job fairs, and employer interaction sessions;
- Preparing and maintaining placement data and reports in alignment with audit norms;
- Leading and managing the placement team to achieve high performance and targets;
- Working with training teams to identify skill gaps and align student readiness with market needs;
- Signing MOUs with employers for hiring or CSR partnerships.
Requirements:
- Strong corporate relations and networking skills;
- Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills;
- Strategic thinking and solutions-oriented mindset;
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/ATS is an advantage.
