Job Title: Senior Validation Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our validation efforts. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive validation plans to ensure the quality and reliability of products throughout the development lifecycle.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Validation Strategies: Design and execute validation plans to meet regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, MHRA) and industry best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, quality assurance, and other teams to define validation requirements and priorities.
  • Establish Validation Plans and Protocols: Develop, implement, and maintain validation plans, protocols, and procedures that meet regulatory and industry standards.
  • Oversee Validation Activities: Directly oversee the execution of IQ/OQ/PQ, software validation, and process validation activities.
  • Risk Assessments and Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential product risks related to validation.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Drive initiatives to enhance validation processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency.
  • Vendor and Contractor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed for validation testing services.
  • Documentation and Traceability: Ensure end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities.
  • Reporting and Stakeholder Updates: Provide regular updates and reports on validation activities to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and manage a team of validation analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
