Job Title: Pricing Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic pricing plans and processes to improve existing projects.
  • Create reports reflecting metrics, project status, client level P&L, objectives, and KPIs.
  • Communicate findings effectively to relevant departments of the organization.
  • Work with sales and delivery teams to define pricing structure for services offered.
  • Analyze technical/requirement documents and legal documents such as customer contracts.
  • Scope out opportunities based on market trends and industry conditions.
  • Identify ideal pricing structures and sales funnels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 5-8 years' related experience and/or training.
  • Networking skills with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
  • Good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Experience developing clear and accurate deliverables from SME and technical source materials.
  • Prior experience building pricing models.
  • Critical thinking skills with ability to develop well-reasoned analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build consensus and partnership.
