Job Title: Ecommerce Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ecommerce Growth Strategist to join our team. As the head of ecommerce, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and expanding our online presence.

  • Forecast demand and manage end-to-end inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Define product-market fit; localize hero SKUs, craft new-product roadmaps, and sunset underperforming lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt formulations for regional regulations and sensorial preferences.
  • Orchestrate 360° marketing—performance, influencer, CRM, PR—allocating budgets for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Establish data pipelines and dashboards; track cohorts, repeat rates, and marketplace rankings in real-time.
  • Negotiate with third-party logistics providers, payment partners, and duty consultants to optimize landed costs and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Recruit, mentor, and performance-manage cross-functional teams (growth, operations, customer success, retail, trade).
  • Champion customer obsession; mine voice-of-customer insights to inform product updates and customer experience enhancements.
  • Drive strategic partnerships with wellness chains, tourism boards, and Ayurveda clinics to amplify reach and impact.
  • Ensure legal and tax compliance, including cosmetics claims, import duties, and general data protection regulation (GDPR)-like mandates.
  • Present quarterly business reviews to leadership, highlighting wins, risks, and next bets.
  • Deploy a test-and-learn culture; run A/B tests on funnels, creatives, bundles, and pricing levers.
  • Set up disaster-recovery and continuity plans for supply chain, logistics, advertising, and key seller accounts.
  • Benchmark competition; deliver actionable intelligence on pricing, share-of-voice, and shelf velocity.
  • Act as the brand's cultural ambassador, embodying its ethos while driving high-performance execution.
