We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager and Growth Strategist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing B2B relationships with educational institutions, driving business growth and expansion, onboarding new clients, providing training and support, and tracking performance.
- Account Management:
This role involves overseeing and managing B2B relationships with colleges and universities, ensuring consistent engagement and smooth communication with clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion, and prior experience in managing B2B accounts within the education sector.
- Business Growth & Expansion:
Taking ownership of growth in the designated region, working on strategies to onboard new clients, and ensuring sustainable growth is a key aspect of this role.
The candidate should be able to proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Onboarding New Colleges and Universities:
This includes leading the onboarding process of new educational institutions, helping them understand how our platform can enhance their services, and managing and supporting them during the initial stages of adoption.
- Training & Development:
The successful candidate will provide necessary training and support to clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to use the platform, and maintain and manage CRM systems to track progress, client issues, and feedback.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Regularly analyzing growth metrics and ensuring goals are met is crucial in this role, as is sharing timely updates with internal teams and clients about performance, issues, and opportunities.
- CRM Handling:
Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring all information is updated and accurate, handling client queries, and ensuring prompt and effective resolution are also key responsibilities.

Requirements- Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion, and prior experience in managing B2B accounts within the education sector.
- Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively, in-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry, and familiarity with CRM tools.
