Job Title: Financial Controller

  • Manage accounting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee operations in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and compliance management.
  • Ensure all financial compliances are met, including tax, audit, and secretarial requirements.
  • Finalize trial balances and provisions on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Provide clear visibility into financial performance through dashboards, MIS, and financial statements for stakeholders.
  • Forecast cash flow positions, borrowing needs, and available funds for expenses and investments.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, partners, and agencies.
  • Participate in audits and liaise with auditors to ensure smooth and timely processes.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
  • Support fund raises with required data, analysis, and due diligence.
