Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be a business partner to senior management, responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive the organization's success.
- Servicing General Ledger account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and treasury management.
- Planning month-end activities and monitoring deliveries of financial reports to the management team.
- Performing ratio analysis, logical reasoning, and testing data in the General Ledger to ensure accuracy.
- Monitoring GST, TDS, and other tax compliances.
- Measuring performance, preparing monthly KPI metrics, and adhering to information security and control procedures.
- Providing first-level appraisals for the team and advising on career paths within the organization.
Essential qualifications include:
- A Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
- Technical know-how in MS Office Suite, VB, and Power Tools.
- Work experience in SAP or similar ERP systems is essential.
Prior experience as a Finance & Accounting professional in a Manufacturing Industry is required. Strong experience in General Ledger, Taxation, and Statutory Audit is also necessary.
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced finance professional who can work effectively with our senior management team to achieve our financial goals.
