Accounting and Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager - Accounts to drive our financial operations in India and support our growth in other regions.

\

The ideal candidate will oversee all accounting activities, ensure statutory compliance, manage audits, financial reporting, and drive business objectives.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Perform day-to-day accounting tasks including ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.\
  • Ensure adherence to Indian tax regulations, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.\
  • Establish robust checks and controls within each task to guarantee accuracy.\
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness.\
  • Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.\
  • Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and procedures.\
  • Collaborate with business heads to provide financial insights and strategic support.\
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities for financial and statutory matters.\
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.\
  • Qualifications & Skills:\
    • \
    • CA/CMA/MBA or equivalent qualification is mandatory.\
    • 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.\
    • Strong knowledge of GAAP, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.\
    • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, Tally) and advanced Excel skills.\
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.\
    • Preferred Qualifications:\

      • Exposure to international accounting standards or global financial operations is an added advantage.\
