Senior Data Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Strategist to lead our analytics team and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, with experience in developing and executing cross-channel strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing analytics team, including data analysts, BI engineers, and data scientists. Your goal will be to define the team's structure, roles, and responsibilities to align with business priorities.

In addition, you will collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability of analytics infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels.
  • Lead the creation and management of paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Requirements:
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or growth roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory.
