Job Description

As an Analytics Manager, you will drive data-driven strategies and decision-making by leveraging your experience in marketing, data analytics, statistics, and machine learning.

Drive business growth through actionable insights derived from complex data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning algorithms. Collaborate with stakeholders to design data-driven solutions that meet organizational objectives.

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve business problems.
  • Champion advanced analytics use cases, such as Market Mix Modeling (MMM), uplift modeling, incrementality studies, customer segmentation, lifetime value modeling, and real-time optimization.

Ensure alignment between analytics initiatives and broader business strategies, driving continuous improvement and innovation through experimentation and cutting-edge tools.

Oversight includes advanced marketing analytics and modeling, data governance, quality assurance, client engagement, delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements include exceptional leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple projects in an agile environment, deep understanding of marketing analytics concepts, critical thinking skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of analysts, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design data-driven solutions, translate complex business problems into actionable frameworks, and develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses.
  • Own the Analytics & AI Charter, leading the development of end-to-end advanced analytics products, launching and managing experiments and PoCs across key areas like campaign optimization, media planning, budget optimization, and customer analytics.
