At the forefront of data-driven growth, we seek a talented Growth Analyst to join our dynamic team. This contractor position offers the flexibility and autonomy to drive business impact through cutting-edge analytics technologies.

Job Description
  • Conduct in-depth cohort analysis using mobile attribution platforms to track user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance across different segments and channels.
  • Monitor key growth metrics, including customer lifetime value, return on investment, ROAS, payback periods, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Develop and maintain advanced attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines for analytical purposes.
  • Create complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for growth insights.
  • Build interactive dashboards in Metabase to visualize key performance metrics and provide self-service analytics for stakeholders.
  • Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
  • Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with mobile attribution platforms, with specific expertise in AppsFlyer data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app growth metrics, including LTV, CAC, ROAS, retention rates, and revenue attribution models.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies, experimental design, and statistical significance testing.
  • Experience working as a contractor or consultant, with ability to quickly integrate into client teams and deliver results.
