Senior Business Insights Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Business Insights Analyst to play a critical role in unlocking business value through data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and database management, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and organize structured and unstructured datasets for business insights.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in business analytics and apply knowledge to drive innovation.
  • Communicate complex insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in data analysis tools and languages (Python, SQL, Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Hands-on experience with visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical and structured mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain insights clearly.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant work experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or database management.
