Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Strategist to join our organization and play a pivotal role in transforming business processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Opportunity Identification
  • Discover and prioritize data-driven initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to uncover pain points and automation opportunities.
  1. Requirements Gathering & Translation
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications for data teams.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment.
  1. Business Case Development
  • Build ROI models, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for data initiatives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  1. Performance Monitoring
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for data projects.
  • Track and report on project outcomes and business impact.
  1. Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  1. Data Governance & Ethics
  • Ensure data solutions comply with ethical standards, data privacy laws, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or Master's preferred.
  • Experience: 3–6 years in business analysis, with 1–2 years in data-driven projects.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with data concepts (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing).
  • Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Understanding of data platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).
  • Business Acumen:
  • Strong grasp of business strategy, operations, and financial modeling.
  • Ability to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Project management capabilities (Agile, PMP, or CBAP certification is a plus)
