Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's strategic financial plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to provide actionable insights and recommendations on key business matters.
  • Lead cash flow management, working capital optimization, and investment planning to maximize returns.

Additional responsibilities include managing regulatory compliance, liaison work with external auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders. We require an exceptional individual with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and leadership abilities.

Key Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required, along with relevant certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA). A minimum of 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, is necessary. Proven track records of strategic financial leadership, preferably in a high-growth environment, are essential.
