We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill a challenging role as ServiceNow OTM Solution Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring the ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environments.

To succeed in this position, you will require a strong understanding of networking concepts, including DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems. Your experience with ServiceNow should include hands-on implementation of midserver configuration, CMDB, discovery, and service graph connectors.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Purdue Model architecture, basic knowledge of Windows, Linux/UNIX administration, and PowerShell scripting. You will also need to develop training materials and train stakeholders on new processes and procedures.

In this role, you will work closely with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions and represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.

  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4-12 years of experience working with ServiceNow in enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environments
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems
  • Hands-on experience with midserver configuration, CMDB, discovery, and service graph connectors
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux/UNIX administration, and PowerShell scripting
  • Purdue Model architecture understanding
  • Configuration and enhancements capability on the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM modular platform
  • Developing ServiceNow ITOM configurations, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population
  • Documenting development, configuration, and technical details
