Description :

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of an OTM Techno-Functional Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and leading projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide OTM functional expertise with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience and 2+ full-cycle OTM implementations.
  • Manage at least three projects as a Function/Solution Lead.
  • Conduct gap analysis, map requirements to OTM, design solutions, configure applications, and conduct conference room pilots.
  • Ensure successful delivery of OTM processes, guarantee customer satisfaction, and maintain service quality.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders of customer organizations.
  • Collaborate with customers to provide inputs in solution design.

Requirements :

  • At least 10+ years of experience in OTM functional expertise.
  • 2+ full-cycle OTM implementations.
  • Relevant industry experience in 3PL/4PL or freight forwarding business is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Ability to present ideas and solutions clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical skills and a team player.
