Job Description:

LTIMindtree is hiring for the position of OTM Solution Consultant to support our business in achieving its objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management and Operational Technology, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, Service Graph Connector (SGC) implementation experience
  • Networking concepts, DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment knowledge
  • Familiarity with Industrial control systems and OT network functions
  • Experience with OT Visibility, OT Asset Management, and OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow
  • Windows, Linux/UNIX administration, and Power/Shell scripting basics
  • Moderate understanding of database-level architecture and SQL query writing
  • Scripting ability for automated processes using Business Rules, Script Actions, etc.
  • Configuration and enhancement capability on ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform
  • Development of ServiceNow ITOM configuration, including CMDB data alignment, automated data population, and data import
