We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of ECM Syndication/Coverage/Placement Lead.

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases of investor preferences, allocations, and feedback within Equity Capital Markets.

Key responsibilities include identifying and targeting institutional investors (domestic and international) in coordination with sales and investment banking teams. Additionally, you will participate in Investor Pick meetings and select suitable investors in collaboration with the sales team.

Your duties will also involve coordinating meeting arrangements with issuers, Investors, and other lead managers to secure mutually convenient time slots.

Built on strong interpersonal skills, fostering relationships with Investors through regular communication and effective deal marketing is essential to this role.

To succeed, you must have exceptional analytical skills to track market sentiment, recent ECM transactions, and investor behavior.

Collaboration with sales teams is critical in gauging investor appetite before deals and managing demand during the offering process.

Strong communication skills are required to monitor demand, pricing, and investor feedback during deal execution.

You will also provide competitive analysis on pricing, structure, and timing of deals, manage the book-building process, and allocate shares to investors efficiently.

This role demands high levels of professionalism and integrity, particularly when maintaining confidentiality and managing conflict-of-interest situations.
