Lead Technology Sector Coverage

Deliver strategic guidance and financial expertise to businesses across the technology sector.

With a strong focus on Equity Capital Markets (ECM), lead complex transactions, including IPOs, QIPs, and Rights Issues.

Build and nurture relationships with corporates, financial investors, sovereign funds, and government bodies.


About the Role

This leadership position will drive strategic origination and execution of ECM transactions, emphasizing IPOs, QIPs, follow-on offerings, and other capital market activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead coverage across Technology sector, including IT Services, Technology, SAAS, Telecom, and allied sub-sectors.
  • Originate and execute ECM transactions, including IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, and other capital market activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to position the organization as a trusted client partner and lifecycle banker.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to build talent depth and team capability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal governance during all transactions.

Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree in Finance or relevant field from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 10 years of Investment Banking experience, with a strong focus on ECM and Technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in leading ECM transactions and a deep understanding of Indian capital markets.
  • Extensive industry network with proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.

Required Skills
  • Strong expertise in Equity Capital Markets (ECM).
  • Proven track record in IPO, deal origination, and execution.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience managing complex, large-scale transactions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
