Role: Senior Delivery Strategist - BFSI

Location: Chennai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Strategist to lead and optimize high growth IT client engagements. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Agile project delivery, client management, P&L oversight, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delivery Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive delivery strategies for large-scale IT projects using Agile methodologies in an onsite-offshore model.
  2. Client Engagement: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key IT clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  3. P&L Management: Manage the Profit & Loss for sizable IT accounts including revenue targets exceeding $20 million USD independently.
  4. Account Oversight: Provide 360-degree management for sizable IT client accounts leveraging strong financial acumen and cost management strategies.
  5. Agile Transformation: Drive the transformation of large-scale IT programs from Waterfall to Agile methodologies ensuring seamless integration and execution.
  6. Service Line Collaboration: Work closely with service line managers and SPOCs to develop solutions and enhance the business pipeline.
  7. Customer Needs Assessment: Identify and analyze customer needs using feedback to refine and improve IT service delivery.
  8. Team Leadership: Lead the IT service delivery team, manage conflicts, and ensure efficient execution of processes and tasks.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Implement Continuous Improvement Programs focused on enhancing IT service delivery and reducing costs while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  10. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets effectively, identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

  • 18 years of experience in delivery management with at least 5 years in project and program management in relevant domains.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects with a focus on Agile methodologies.
  • Strong experience in Core Banking Solutions.
  • Experience with both Time & Materials (T&M) and Fixed Price projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
