We are a homegrown youth casual-wear brand started in 2013. We are one of India's largest online merchandising platforms with licenses from popular brands like Disney, Warner Bros, WWE, IPL, and Viacom18. Our product line includes apparel categories for men and women, as well as activewear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products, and footwear.

Although we primarily operate online, we've expanded our presence to the offline retail space with stores in major cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Pune, and Indore. Our team is passionate about creating products that appeal to the latest youth style and fashion trends.

Job Description

The Business Development role is crucial to the success of our organization. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for acquiring and servicing new licenses under various verticals like pop culture, sports, entertainment, etc.

Your primary duties will include formulating business plans, handling negotiations, and overseeing day-to-day operations for the rightful usage of licensed properties. You'll also work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure compliance with legal guidelines.

Additional responsibilities will include collecting data on new IPs and partnerships, studying performance metrics, and adapting to market trends. You'll also negotiate reselling deals with clients and handle event management tasks such as media-worthy collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aquiring and Servicing new licenses under verticals like pop-up culture, sports, entertainment etc.
  • Handle negotiations and formulate business plans.
  • Handle day-to-day operations for the rightful usage of the property.
  • Negotiate reselling deals with national and international clients.
  • Work closely with design and marketing to insure the legal line of using the property is maintained.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in licensing or related fields.
  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Adept at creating pitch decks and presentations.
