Human Resource Development Professional

Our organisation seeks a dynamic and ambitious Human Resource Development Professional to support the growth of our business. This role offers the ideal opportunity to develop your expertise in human resource functions, working closely with various departments to create value.

  • Support the creation of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and analyse compensation data.
  • Provide support in evaluating employee benefits and drafting recommendations.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of Learning & Development programs.
  • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback.

Required Skills:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Passion for learning and contributing to a dynamic HR environment.
