About This Role:

We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing human resources and administrative operations, including talent acquisition, employee management, HR operations, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Source and hire candidates through job portals, build talent pipelines, manage the full recruitment cycle—screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Employee Management & Engagement: Supervise, guide, and motivate employees, monitor performance, implement improvement strategies, promote a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Handle salary negotiations, payroll coordination, ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, develop and implement HR policies.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Serve as a communication bridge between management and employees, drive HR initiatives to enhance retention, engagement, and satisfaction, organize training sessions, workshops.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR Executive, strong knowledge of job portals, proven skills in recruitment, staff management, and salary negotiation, excellent leadership, communication, and people-management abilities.
