About the Position

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily guidance on HR matters to line management
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Address and resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances in a fair and timely manner
  • Strengthen work relationships, improve morale, and enhance productivity and retention through effective people management and relationship-building skills
  • Provide expert policy guidance on HR matters and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Monitor and contribute to workforce planning strategies, including succession planning
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals, supporting their professional development and career growth
  • Recommend and implement innovative HR strategies to drive business success and achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-driven approach
  • Experience leveraging HR metrics to drive decision-making and inform business strategy
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and compliance requirements
  • A comprehensive understanding of all HR functions, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development
