About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR leader to oversee Human Resources Operations across our organization.

This key role will drive operational excellence, standardize processes, and manage a team of senior HR leaders across multiple sites and corporate locations.

The incumbent will report directly to the CHRO and shape the HR operations framework aligned with the company's long-term goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end HR Operations, including multiple sites and corporate teams
  • Manage and mentor Site HR Heads and Corporate HR teams
  • Implement and govern HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
  • Own Employee Life Cycle Management, including onboarding, transfers, exits, and documentation
  • Enhance HRIS systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms
  • Maintain statutory and regulatory compliance across all HR functions
  • Handle grievance redressal, workplace practices, and policy implementation
  • Define best practices in HR operations to improve efficiency, standardization, and employee experience
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and business heads

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 20 + years of progressive experience in HR Operations within large organizations

Required Skills:

  • Experience managing multi-location HR teams and high-scale operations
  • Deep understanding of HR systems, compliance, labor laws, process design, and execution
  • Able to work at a strategic level, while managing complex operational details
  • Reporting experience to CXO/CHRO level leadership
